Union Station to Denver International Train Coming in 2010

Denver Union Station

An article in today’s Denver Post reports that the RTD train from Union Station to Denver International Airport will break ground in August of 2010. The 23 mile track is estimated to cost 1.3 billion and will be funded through a public/private initiative.  Also – good news for folks who hold the College Pass, Neighborhood Eco Pass or the Business Pass as RTD will issue “smart facecards” for these passengers.
