The Baker neighborhood in Denver is a quirky delight.  One of my favorite places to show homes, it is filled with friendly residents of all ages, economic status, and education levels.  The architecture consists of Victorians (some renovated and some in desperate need of repair), row houses, and condos.  Go to Baker homes for sale to get an idea of the pricing in this off-beat and fun neighborhood in Denver.

Highland Neighborhood in Denver Co

The Highland neighborhood (also called Lower Highland or LoHi) and the West Highland neighborhood are located just northwest of downtown Denver.  Commonly lumped together as “the Highlands”, this area is an incredibly sought after place to live.  The commercial districts include the Highlands Square (32nd and Lowell), the Tennyson Street Cultural District and the Navajo Street Art District (37th and Navajo St.)  Architecture styles vary from 100 year old Victorian’s to bungalows and newly constructed condominiums.  Explore the architecture and prices at homes for sale in the Denver Highland’s neighborhood.
